What is SACX0307 lead free solder wire?
The SACX0307 solder wire is a lead free solder that is consisted of 0.3% silver and 0.7% copper, remaining 99% is tin. It's designed for replacement for Solder wire 63/37 the leaded alloy. We understand that clients want to remain price-competitive while meeting new lead-free regulations.And SACX0307, the new Lead-Free wave solder alloy and new compatible cored solder wire that will meet these needs.
Features of SACX0307 lead free solder wire:
- Copper Dissolution Rate – Low copper dissolution rate, reduced solder-pot maintenance and improved bath life.
- Wetting Speed – SACX0307 solder wire is at 0.75 seconds typical wetting speed compares to SAC305 solder wire at 0.65 sec and superior to SACX07 Sn99.3/Cu0.7 solder wire base alloys at 1.0 sec.
- Flat Uniform Deposits – less thickness variance than Solder wire 63/37
- Lowers Total Cost of Ownership due to the lower material cost, high yields and low copper dissolution rates.
- Gives very good solderability due to the fast wetting speed.
